12th Annual Egg Hunt and Festival - FLYER
Saturday, April 23, 2011 from 9am-2pm at Betty H. Fairfax High School
Once again, the Laveen Community Council and Crosswalk Church are teaming up to give children the best darn egg hunt in town!
The egg hunt is for children 3rd grade and younger. And this year, enjoy the Easter Bunny, Rides, Balloons, Photo Spots, Music, Arts, Crafts, and much more for all ages.
Egg Hunt Times:
- Ages 1-4: 10:00am
- Ages 5-Grade 1: 11:30am
- Grade 2 & Grade 3: 1:00pm
All children MUST be registered at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled hunt - No exceptions
Vendors and Exhibitors - Application

The 12th Annual Egg Hunt & Festival is scheduled for Saturday, April 23, 2011, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., at Betty Fairfax High School. We are now taking applications for participants in the vendor/exhibitor portion of our event and space is limited.
If you are interested, please fill out the application and return it along with your space fees and a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Sign your application. Unsigned applications will be rejected. All vendors/exhibitors will be together in the same location. Please list any special requests on your application regarding your space. (i.e.: prefer corner, direction to face, etc) We will assign spaces in the order applications are received.
Applications will be accepted in one of the four categories listed below:
- Laveen Community Council Member Groups (if active and a current member) - No Charge
- Community Groups, Non-profits, Public & Private Schools, Churches - $20
- Artists & Craft Vendors (products must be created by applicant) - $25
- Commercial, Product re-sellers (items not created by applicant) or business promotion - $60
- NOTE: This category is limited to Laveen residents and businesses from Laveen or South Phoenix ONLY.
