
11th Annual Egg Hunt and Festival - FLYER
Saturday, April 3, 2010 from 9am-3pm at Betty H. Fairfax High School
Once again, the Laveen Community Council and Crosswalk Church teamed up to give the children and families of Laveen the best darn egg hunt in town!
The egg hunt was for children 3rd grade and younger. There were rides, face painting, balloons, photo spots, music, arts, crafts, vendor booths and much more for all ages.
Egg Hunt Times:
- Ages 1-4: 10:00 - 10:30am
- Ages 5-Grade 1: 11:00 - 11:30am
- Grade 2 & Grade 3: 12:00 - 12:30pm
You could have registered your child for the egg hunt by printing the registration form and bringing it to the Egg Hunt.
All children MUST have been registered at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled hunt - there were no exceptions
Vendors and Exhibitors - Application
Betty H. Fairfax High School on Saturday, April 3rd
The 11th Annual Egg Hunt & Festival was scheduled for Saturday, April 3, 2010, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., at Betty Fairfax High School. We accepted applications for participants in the vendor/exhibitor portion of our event.
Vendors filled out the application and returned it along with space fees and a self-addressed, stamped envelope. Unsigned applications were rejected. All vendors/exhibitors were together in the same location. Any special requests needed to be made on the application (i.e.: prefer corner, direction to face, etc). We assigned spaces in the order they were received.
Applications were accepted in one of the four categories listed below:
- Laveen Community Council Member Groups (if active and a current member) - No Charge
- Community Groups, Non-profits, Public & Private Schools, Churches - $20
- Artists & Craft Vendors (products must be created by applicant) - $25
- Commercial, Product re-sellers (items not created by applicant) or business promotion - $60
- NOTE: This category is limited to Laveen residents and businesses from Laveen or South Phoenix ONLY.
